Rooted in my heart, I founded No Foot Too Small, an Iowa-based nonprofit, in 2014. What began as a response to personal loss has grown into a national organization serving families and partners across the country. After nearly a decade of building NFTS from the ground up, I remain most grateful for the baby boy who inspired it all.
As a small business owner, I’m currently co-launching Monarch, a breast pump company created to serve families with excellence and care. Built alongside experienced, successful partners, Monarch was designed not only to support families during a critical season of life, but also to help fund the mission of No Foot Too Small—extending impact through sustainable, mission-aligned enterprise.
I am the author and curator of Celebrating Angels, an angel anthology born from loss and love. The project weaves together stories, reflections, and remembrance—making space for both grief and joy, and offering connection to those walking similar paths.
I am a speaker who works with organizations, teams, and communities navigating change. Through keynotes and workshops, I speak on purpose, vocational courage, servant leadership in practice, and intentional grief—helping people tell the truth about hard things while still moving forward with clarity and hope. I also offer select, short-term consulting engagements focused on discernment, strategy, and alignment.
Best of all, I am a mom. Raising our children with gratitude, humility, and a deep awareness that love and loss can coexist is a top priority. Motherhood has shaped my leadership, my work, and my understanding of what truly matters. (A strong sense of humor never hurts either!)
